In her capacity as Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, Nita Ambani will maintain her presence at RIL Board meetings as a permanent invitee, ensuring her continued influence on the company's activities.
Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani, and Anant Ambani have been integral to the management of key businesses within RIL, including retail, digital services, and energy and materials sectors.
Highlighting their broader involvement, RIL emphasized that Ambani's children also hold positions on the boards of crucial subsidiaries under Reliance Industries Limited.
