Led by Caffeinated Capital, the funding round also saw participation from BoxGroup, Liquid2, HNVR, Trilogy, and notable angel investors such as Nat Friedman (Github), Michael Scarpelli (Snowflake/ServiceNow), Dave Schneider (ServiceNow), Howie Liu (Airtable), Slavik Markovich (Demisto/Palo Alto Networks), among others.
The infusion of capital will enable 8Flow.ai to expand its operations and extend its business reach. Founded in 2022 by Boaz Hecht, the company specializes in delivering an enterprise-grade self-learning workflow automation engine. This engine seamlessly integrates with popular ticketing platforms like Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
